Play Therapy

Helping children to help themselves

Experiencing loss, anxiety, low self esteem or extreme emotions such as anger can be scary and isolating for children, their carers and teachers. Play Therapy offers a safe, confidential space for children to work through their feelings at their own pace, forming coping skills for life.

Based in Harrow North London, my Play Therapy practice provides support for children and young people as well as their carers and teachers.

With simple, supportive methods, I offer a holistic approach to creating a safe space for your child to heal and flourish: emotionally, academically and socially; in the therapy room, at school and at home.

If you are looking for support and advice, please get in touch today for a free consultation, to see if Play Therapy could help you and your family.
