Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic, INDIGO Therapeutic Services provides online therapy and coaching services to organisations like schools, youth centres and other community groups.

At INDIGO, my colleague Kate McCullagh and I offer authentic, online, therapeutic support for young people as well as a bespoke 7 week Parent coaching programme (The Chemistry of Parenting). This coaching programme enables those around children and young people to enhance their skills in the areas of Verbal and Non verbal communication, Self-regulation, Boundaries and Self-care, to create the best possible environment for positive change.
